Derrick Ayebazibwe

Derrick Ayebazibwe is a Civil/Geotechnical Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in geotechnical and highway engineering.
He has extensive experience in supervision of ground investigations, laboratory testing and reporting, geotechnical design for ground improvement, modelling of foundations for different infrastructure such as bridges, marine structures, transmission towers, and high-rise buildings.

Derrick is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) at the University of Calgary in Canada. He also holds a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan and BSc in Civil Engineering from Makerere University. He is an active member of the Calgary Geotechnical Society (CyGS) and an E.I.T. at the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). Derrick is committed to producing industry leading work with practical applications. Derrick is proficient in English, Japanese, and German languages.
