Board of Directors
Meir’s team is made of up of a 5 member board of directors comprising of 4 non-executive members and 1 executive member.
Management Team
The management team is headed by the Managing Director and the Deputy Managing Director.
Eng Dr Seith Mugume
Eng Dr Mugume is a Professional Civil/Water Resources Engineering Specialist & Modeller with over 15 years’ experience in planning, modelling, detailed design, and construction supervision of large-scale engineering projects, including urban water supply and distribution systems, urban stormwater drainage and flood management systems, highway drainage and bridges, dams and hydropower projects.
Joan Kemigisha
Joan Kemigisha is the Technical Director at Meir Engineering & Research Ltd. She holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from Makerere University with 10 years professional experience in Structural Engineering and Water and Wastewater System design, planning, construction supervision and project management.
She has proficiency in Engineering drafting using Autodesk Advance Steel, AutoCAD, CivilCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit Architecture and PADDS; Structural Design using MIDAS NGen, Robot Structural Analysis, GeoStudio, Bentley Plaxis, Prokon software; Water Supply Design using EPANET and Bentley WaterGems; use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She is also serving as a Deputy Managing Director.
